Omirant for Enterprise · Mexico & LATAM
24/7 coverage for the infrastructure across your entire network of sites
Omirant is the always-on layer that complements your team and keeps every device at every site running.
We take the reactive layer. You keep control and strategy.
Omirant owns
Detection, triage, remote remediation and technician dispatch when the fault is physical.
You keep
Administration, configuration, security policy and roadmap.
Why not build it in-house?
A 24/7 operation for on-site devices is a permanent capability, and you would only ever see your own failures. Omirant's AI learns from every alert, so a fix learned at any site of any client protects you too.
Enterprise-grade access control, because we treat access to your network as the product.
The line between restoring and changing
Remediation only: configuration and state changes stay yours.
Least privilege + break-glass
Standing credentials limited to monitoring and remediation; privileged access is time-boxed, per event, with named approval and a full log.
Authorisation bounded by contract
Defined per client and per scope: networks, methods, devices and pre-approved actions.
Compliance roadmap
Programme modelled on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, targeted ahead of enterprise deployments. In progress; not yet certified.
Built for procurement and vendor review

- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Audit logging
- API access
- Custom SLAs
These capabilities are on the enterprise roadmap and are scoped during the briefing; not all are available today.

Enterprise FAQ
What is Site Infrastructure Management (SIM)?
Site Infrastructure Management (SIM) is the always-on monitoring and remote resolution of every IP-connected device a physical location runs on: network, security cameras, energy, AV, point of sale and IoT. Unlike corrective maintenance, it keeps sites running by design instead of reacting once something has already broken. Omirant Systems is the company defining this category in Mexico and LATAM.
What exactly does Omirant do?
Omirant remotely monitors every IP-connected device at each of your sites, 24/7, and resolves most failures without sending anyone: reboots, reconnects and power cycles. When the fault is physical, it dispatches a certified technician who arrives already knowing the problem. One flat price per site, and one number to call.
How is Omirant different from an MSP?
An MSP serves computers, users and helpdesk, and usually sells labour hours or bills per incident. Omirant serves the device infrastructure at each site, charges one flat price per site rather than per incident or per device, and monitors and remediates without administering: it restores devices to their known-good state but never changes their configuration.
What devices does Omirant monitor?
Network (switches, routers, access points and internet links), security (CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs and access control), energy (UPS, PDUs and backup power), AV (displays, menu boards and sound) and point of sale (POS terminals, receipt printers and IoT sensors). Omirant is vendor-agnostic and monitors any brand.
Is it safe to give Omirant access to my network?
Standing access covers monitoring and safe remediation only. Privileged access is break-glass: time-boxed, per event, with your named approval and a full log of every action. Scope is bounded by contract from the outset — which networks, which methods, which devices and which actions are pre-approved.
How long does deployment take at each site?
Each site goes live by plugging in a pre-configured collector: about 15 minutes, done by your own staff, with no technician visit required. Omirant handles configuration, device discovery and alert setup remotely.
What kind of businesses is Omirant for?
Multi-site businesses from roughly 5 to several hundred locations: pharmacies, clinics and practices, restaurant groups, retail, gyms and hospitality. The common thread is that they lose money when a site goes down, whether or not they have an internal IT team.
How does Omirant use AI?
Omirant captures every resolution — symptom, cause and the fix that worked — as a structured, reusable record. That knowledge compounds across the whole network, so a failure resolved at one site is recognised instantly at the next. AI is part of how we resolve faster, not the product we sell.
Does Omirant replace our IT team?
No. Omirant takes reactive monitoring and remote remediation of site devices off your team, so they can focus on strategy and change projects. We monitor and remediate; we never administer or make configuration decisions.
How does Omirant integrate with our tools and our current NOC?
Omirant runs its own detection and remediation layer, designed to complement existing enterprise tooling rather than replace it. SSO, RBAC, audit logging and API access are on the enterprise roadmap, and integration details are scoped during the briefing.
Do you meet security-review and procurement requirements?
Omirant is built for it: least-privilege access, break-glass privileged access, a full log of actions, scope bounded by contract, and a compliance programme modelled on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. That programme is a target in progress; we are not yet certified.
Can Omirant run hundreds of sites across several countries?
Yes. The model is geography-agnostic and delivered remotely from a central operations centre, with a cost per site that improves as your site count grows and routine recoveries automate. Physical repairs are handled by certified local contractors in each country.
Where is Omirant in its rollout?
The operations model, the monitoring architecture and the dispatch network are built, and first sites are deploying now. Enterprise engagements are currently scoped as design partnerships: a pilot on a defined subset of sites with agreed success criteria, before any commitment across your full footprint. We do not sign an SLA we have not proven on your infrastructure.
What does being a design partner involve?
A scoped pilot on a subset of your sites, with engineering-level access to the team that built the platform and direct influence over reporting formats, escalation paths and SLA thresholds. Commercial terms are set as a design partner and held as the deployment grows. Scope, access and exit criteria are defined in writing before anything is connected.
